Welcome to NCCP

Our unique name reflects our origins in helping individuals navigate the justice system while emphasizing our community-based approach. Unlike traditional court programs, we focus on restorative solutions that address root causes rather than punishment.

Empowering Women

At the Northwest Community Court Program (NCCP), we are dedicated to supporting our elderly community by providing essential resources, assistance, and advocacy. Our mission is to ensure that seniors have access to the care, food, and legal support they need to live with dignity and independence.

About

Empowering Women, Rebuilding Families, Strengthening Communities

Founded in the heart of North Philadelphia, the Northwest Community Court Program (NCCP) began as a grassroots initiative to address the critical needs of justice-involved women in our community. What started as a small reentry program has grown into a comprehensive support center serving multiple generations – from seniors needing basic assistance to youth preparing for meaningful careers.

Our journey began when [founder’s name or brief origin story], who recognized the devastating cycle of recidivism and lack of support services in the Tioga neighborhood. Today, we stand as a beacon of hope at 2334 W. Hunting Park Ave, directly across from the historic Budd Building, serving hundreds of clients annually through our innovative programs.

Additionally, we are excited to introduce our Youth Career Training Program, designed to equip young adults with valuable skills in law, security, concierge services, restaurant training, and financial literacy—preparing them for successful futures.

Youth Career Training Program
